About Our Catering MyWeddingTeam.com is a full service catering and decorating company for any type of event on any size budget. We offer "One Stop Shopping" for tablecloths, chair covers, centerpieces, wedding, floral, pipe & drape, accent lighting and an amazing catering team
Fresh Most of our food is made from scratch, on location in our mobile Chef's kitchen. We do not have a freezer or microwave in our kitchen
Guest Allergies - Gluten Free - Vegan We do not use any type of nuts (including peanut oil) in our recipes. Our buffets are 80% gluten free and we serve gluten free bread on request. We are mindful of your vegan guest and are happy to ensure they have plenty to enjoy. Just let us know you have vegan guest
Presentations We think outside of the "food display box" when it comes to our presentations. We encourage our staff to be creative and artistic so that every buffet is its own unique, beautiful display
Serving - Leftovers We generally serve for two hours or until we are positive everyone has eaten. We bus and clean as much as possible before we combine the buffet into a grazing table and move leftovers into to-go containers
Our Staff We train our staff in house to pamper your guest as well as bus tables and keep our presentations fresh and clean
Gratuity We pay our crew very well and gratuity is not expected. If you feel our staff have gone above and beyond your expectations, please feel free to tip. We promise, you will not hurt their feelings
Taxes & Additional Fees Cake cutting services, cake plates, cake forks and bar glasses are an additional expense. Expect an 8.25% tax on all services. Our menu prices include all labor, food cost, "real look" plastic dinnerware, utensils and drink cups. There are no hidden fee's
Deposits & Payments It takes a non- refundable 10% deposit to lock down your decorating date or a 25% deposit to reserve catering date. We require full payment two weeks prior to your actual event date. You may pay any way you like between your deposit date and that two week period.
How far in advance should you book? Typically an average of six months. We suggest you book as soon as you book your venue! If you are not prepared to define your menu, a non- refundable $250.00 deposit will hold your date until you are ready to finalize your choices
