Our Standard Service
Our buffets include a stainless food chafer presentation with serving personnel on hand. We maintain and serve our buffets at no additional charge. We replenish our buffets so that the last table called experiences the same fresh food presentation as the first. Once we are sure everyone has eaten, we break down the buffet into a grazing table. Any leftovers are packaged in to-go containers for the client to do as they wish. Depending on the menu, we normally show up three hours in advance to ensure we are ready to serve when the client says "Let's eat". We continuously clear tables and clean our work areas for as long as we are on site. We normally leave the onsite prep area/ kitchen area in better shape than when we arrived. If we are hired for decorations or tablecloths, we stay until the last guest has left
Payment Policy
A 10% deposit secures your date. We are to be paid in full two weeks prior to the actual event date. You may pay any way you like between your deposit date and that two week period. We take cash, checks, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or you can pay through your invoice online. We will send a new balance due invoice after every payment
Wait Staff
There is an additional charge for waitstaff served meals. Those cost are calculated per 20 guest and number of hours you would like our staff to remain on site. Our staff can serve food and hors d'oeuvres, but not alcohol. We do not have a liquor license, therefore, we do not serve alcohol. We suggest a bartending service, and for those needs, we have a list of recommended vendors
Standard Buffet Options
Our three standard buffet options include a tossed salad with fresh vegetables, feta cheese (optional), Raspberry vinaigrette dressing and fresh baked Parker House rolls. Our three buffet presentations would include one to three entrée selections with two to six side options. Premium sides and salads are priced separately. You also have the option of us plating and placing salads at each table for an additional minimal fee. We can place baskets of fresh baked Parker House rolls, Sourdough, French or Ciabatta loaves at each table with optional dipping oil, honey butter or sharp cheddar at an additional cost.

Charcuterie presentations, appetizers, wait staff served hors d'oeuvres & dessert bars are a nice compliment to any celebration
King's Feast
We build our King's Feast around one or two main entrée/ heavy hors d'oeuvres selections. The cost per guest is determined by the foods you choose to serve for this Food Carnival! Add a King's Salad, seafood salad, pasta salad, cucumber salad, chicken salad, a variety of cheeses, crackers, breads, antipasto, spreads, vegetables, fruits, dips, eggrolls, slammers, tea sandwiches, shrimp cocktail, stuffed crab. We can add just about anything you like! Your gluten free, vegan and vegetarian guests will have plenty to eat and your guest who can eat anything, will feast like royalty!

Pasta BarA variety of pasta's are just the beginning of our amazing Pasta Bar. We start with home style Italian marinara sauce, authentic homemade meatballs, sliced Italian chicken breast, Italian sausage and a creamy Alfredo. Our Old World Alfredo is the perfect balance of garlic, fresh cream and Parmesan. All complimented with our house balsamic dressing, tossed salad, crispy green beans and French bread. The French bread may be substituted with Parker House rolls or mini, garlic bread sticks at no additional charge
