We will only meet for a consultations after you secure your venue with a contract. Our first meeting is always at your chosen venue. We start with the venue itself and what it has to offer in lighting, tables, chairs, kitchen, prep or staging areas. Once we see what the venue lends us, we discuss your vision and sketch out a floor plan. Now we have a starting point to begin your proposal.

Please reserve your date as quickly as possible. Some clients reserve dates up to three years in advance. We have clients that book annual events and occupy the same time slot every year. There is a non-refundable $100.00 deposit to reserve your date on our calendar. We credit this deposit towards your balance should you choose to use our services. We require that all balances be paid in full two weeks prior to your actual event. Your are more than welcome to make any type of installment payments between your deposit date and that two week period.
