Guaranteed Maintenance Agreement
You own a current inventory of plants and would like professional maintenance. We evaluate your plants for current health and whether or not they may need to be replaced. Reasons for replacing them would be infestation, root rot (over watering), root damage (under watering), overgrown to space, damage from environment (traffic, heating/ cooling, abusive humans). We would also evaluate the plants installation. |

Professional Plant Installation
A normal install would involve a decorative container that houses the plants grower pot (pot it was purchased in). The decorative container would have a deep, doubled vinyl liner (to catch water) that would hold the grower pot. Foam is used to secure a tight fit between the grower pot and decorative container. The foam also gives support to a decorative ground cover. The ground cover (rock, Spanish/ sheet moss, rubber mulch) hides the grower pot for a professional look and to maintain moisture. This set up also helps the plant hold up to the stress of a commercial environment. Gift plants and plants that people bring from home are normally not set up this way. We can work around most gift/ house plant set up's, but all plants under our care must have a deep, doubled vinyl liner. |

Maintenance Agreement
Once we reach agreement on how to update your plants to professional care, we give you a cost for guaranteed and non guaranteed maintenance. Guaranteed maintenance is the more expensive option because we are responsible for replacing the plants at the end of their shelf life. All interior plants have a shelf life. With proper care, that shelf life is normally around two years depending on species. Although we have plants that have lasted much longer. The non-guaranteed contract is maintenance only. We make suggestions, give you a cost and you tell us when to replace the plant. These contracts are month to month. We bill a month in advance on all of our contracts. You can end our service any time, but would appreciate a 30 day notice. Our maintenance schedule includes two or three service visits a month.

Purchased vs Leased Maintenance Agreement
- Purchased - The most inexpensive way to control your monthly maintenance cost is to purchase your plant installation. We do not make money off installations. We are an interior plant maintenance company. We give you a total cost for the complete installation of plants and decorative containers and put you on a month to month guaranteed service agreement. This agreement requires a 30 day notice of cancellation. We service and replace your plants at our cost throughout the life of the service.
- Leased - This option is to lease your plants and containers. It is normally twice as expensive and requires a two year contract. After one year, the contract cost drops by 1/4. The contract automatically transfers to a month to month after the two year agreement. The plants and containers are leased throughout the life of this agreement.
