Our Standard Service Buffets include a stainless chafer presentation with serving personnel on hand. We maintain and serve our buffets at no additional charge. We replenish our buffets so that the last table called experiences the same fresh food presentation as the first. Once we are sure everyone has eaten, we break down the buffet into a grazing table. Any leftovers are packaged in to-go containers for the client to do as they wish. Depending on the menu, we normally show up three hours in advance to ensure we are ready to serve when the client is ready to call the first table to eat. We continuously clear tables and clean our work area for as long as we are on site. We normally leave the onsite prep area/ kitchen in better shape than we found it. If we are also hired to do any part of the decorating, we stay until the last guest has left
Securing Your Date & Payment Policy A 10% deposit secures your date and we are paid in full two weeks prior to your celebration date. You may pay any way you like between your deposit date and that two week period. We take cash, checks, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or you can pay through your invoice online. We send a new "balance due" invoice after every payment
Wait Staff Plated Meals Waitstaff cost $75.00 per hour per 10 guests. Bar service separate

Whatever you can imagine, we can put in a station. Your guests will be thrilled to move from station to station sampling the variety of the menu options you have chosen for your celebration
